Kurvenkehlen® (curved valleys)

Kurvenkehle®: The connecting piece between the dormer and the main roof.

Until now, valleys were produced in the field utilizing highly skilled craftsmen. We are able to offer a shop formed product at a lower cost than field formed flashing. The pieces of the curved valley are manufactured to the specific requirements of your project, numbered, packed and shipped ready for installation on the job site.

Measurement:
Three measurements are required to produce the curved valley. NO templates necessary!

Delivered by parcel-service or shipping company.

Segmented Dormer /Round Dormer

The length and quantities of the valley parts depends on the size of the dormer, radius and material. Maximum use of material is determined by our programming.

Quotes are based on actual length of radius valley flashing including overlaps. Non-radius vertical flashing is not included in the base price but may be added if requested.

  16-24 ounce

and in a variety of colors. Additional types of materials are available upon request.

The overlapping parts of the valley should be plumbed from above! Depending on the material used it may necessary to use sealant to avoid water entry from the completed parts.
